Maid Right is seeking full-time home cleaning professionals. The successful, long-term cleaner is attracted to the family-friendly hours, having your trust, the authority to work independently, and good relationships with their coworkers and long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an appearance and demeanor consistent with the Maid Right image
- Communicate with the Quality Assurance Manager/Regional Office to accept new jobs, provide feedback on current jobs, etc.
- Clean homes to the quality level of the Maid Right brand.
- Inspect your own and your teams work in customers' homes to ensure it is complete, thorough and meets Maid Right quality standards and meets or exceeds customers' expectations.
- Ensure that customers' houses are locked and secure upon leaving.
- Ensure the proper and safe handling of customers' keys.
- Ensure that you always properly care for customers' property.
- Document and resolve all problems, suggestions or customer comments, hazards, injuries, safety violations, breakage, damage, etc.
- Fulfill all the essential functions of a cleaner.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work with high level of safety and professionalism
- Maintain acceptable level of cleanliness and hygienic appearance
- Acceptable driving report and proof of valid driver's license and insurance
- Must adhere to, maintain and be available to work the required customer service business hours established without tardiness, interruption, or early departure
- Must use approved equipment and supplies and learn, understand, remember and execute the required cleaning tasks, sequences, procedures and precautions defined in our policies
Physical Demands
Requires frequently: Standing, carrying and/or lift 15 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, sitting for long periods, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments.
