- Train cleaners to operate the Maid Right cleaning systems and ensure they meet our high standards
- Conduct new customer walkthroughs, quality control visits and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage team schedules
- Work with customer service representatives and cleaning teams to provide exceptional customer service
- Provide relief and support for absences as needed
- Participate in customer acquisition activities and lead generation
- Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies
- Customer service experience
- Experience with leading teams to deliver service
- Comfortable with everyday computer tasks, using a tablet/smartphone, and navigating the web.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Previous training experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with MacOS
- Familiarity with Google Workplace
- Previous experience with ServiceTitan software
