Maid Right is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as House Cleaners. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with no evening or weekend hours unless requested.
Experience is preferred but not required, as we will train you on our Maid Right cleaning system. Our cleaning system is both effective and easy to learn, so you can quickly become proficient in your role. You will work on a team of two cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively when on a team of two cleaners
- Follow our Maid Right cleaning system to ensure consistency and quality
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
- Maintain company equipment, cleaning supplies and uniforms
We are looking for people who:
- Are available for part time cleaning shifts of 8AM - 1PM or 12PM - 5PM
- Can clean multiple houses per day using the Maid Right cleaning system and maintain the Maid Right quality standards
- Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
- Have a personal smartphone with voice and data service
- Can successfully pass a background check
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Is motivated, hardworking team player
People with any of the following will really catch our attention:
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Willing and able to work nights or weekends
- Previous customer service experience
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
