Job Summary:

As the General Manager of Maid Right of Duluth, you will oversee all aspects of our cleaning service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional service standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning professionals, providing ongoing support and performance evaluations.
Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability and growth targets.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect cleaning services to maintain high standards and implement improvements as needed.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Compensation:

Base Compensation: Parentage of total monthly revenue generated by Maid Right of Duluth.
Performance Bonuses: Potential additional bonuses based on customer satisfaction scores and employee retention rates.
Annual Pay Increase: Performance-based annual increase in base percentage, contingent upon the company's overall performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is a plus.

Compensation: $18.75 - $37.50 per hour
