What You’ll Do

  • Provide Top-Tier Cleaning: Perform residential and light commercial cleaning using our proven Maid Right system (we provide the training!).

  • Customer Connection: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure total satisfaction.

  • Build Relationships: Help grow the business by converting one-time cleans into happy, recurring long-term customers.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain your equipment and supplies to ensure you're ready for each home.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Some professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

  • Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.

  • Detail-Oriented: A high degree of accuracy and a "can-do" attitude.

  • Trustworthy: Must be able to pass a standard background check.

  • Energy: Ability to clean multiple homes per day while maintaining high standards.

Compensation: $550.00 - $800.00 per week
