As a Sales associate , you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and web leads. You will be doing outbound calls as well. You will be looking for potential customers as well.You will be converting cleaning services by phone to potential customers, scheduling customers, and communicating with cleaning teams. You will also help to maintain social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets. Training on Maid Right's cleaning system will be provided to help you have a basic understanding of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and web leads from potential customers
- Convert cleaning services by phone to potential customers
- Schedule customers and communicate with cleaning teams
- Help to maintain social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Cold calling and makiing outbound calls .

Requirements:
- Phone, computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Must have microsoft office work and presentation skills
- Customer service experience
- Able to work regular office hours (weekends are not required)
