ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Maintain an appearance and demeanor consistent with the image of MAID RIGHT • Contact the Quality Assurance Manager / Regional Office to accept new jobs, provide feedback on current jobs, etc. • Clean homes to the MAID RIGHT brand level of quality • Inspect your own work and that of your equipment in customers' homes to ensure it is complete, complete, meets MAID RIGHT quality standards and that meet or exceed customer expectations. • Make sure clients' houses are locked and secure when leaving. handling customer keys • Make sure you always take proper care of customer property • Document and resolve all customer problems, suggestions or comments, hazards, injuries, security breaches, breakages, damage, etc. • Meets all the essential functions of a cleaner
